MOVING SERVICE

Residential Moving

Household moves require a clear inventory, preparation plan, protection strategy, access review, and destination layout.

Inventory before move day

  • List large furniture, appliances, box count estimates, fragile items, outdoor items, garage/storage contents, oversized items, and anything requiring disassembly.
  • Identify items that will not move so they do not consume truck or labor planning.
  • Keep essential documents, medicine, keys, jewelry, cash, and irreplaceable items with you.

Property access

Confirm driveway/curb access, parking restrictions, stairs, elevators, door widths, long carries, gated access, and HOA/building requirements at both ends.

Furniture preparation

Determine which items need disassembly, hardware bags, wrapping, padding, mattress protection, or special handling before the crew starts.

Destination plan

Label boxes by room and priority. Decide where large furniture belongs before unloading so heavy pieces are not repeatedly moved.

Planning note: Actual availability, service area, insurance/licensing, prohibited items, pricing, crew size, truck size, and special-item handling must be confirmed with the operating business before scheduling.
